BMW Customer Relations Address
Does anyone with experience on the trade assist-buyback programs happen to know the proper address to mail a customer service letter to BMW about concerns regarding a vehicle? I've had so many problems with my car, Fuel pump, rear parcel rattles, low speed rear brake squeak everytime now, wastegate actuator replaced once but noise is louder now than ever, passenger seat rail replaced, you name it my car has it, it has been in the shop 9 times in 12 months...thanks any help would be appreciated...

I could be wrong but usually your car has to be a lemon for them to buy it back. The car must be in the shop at least 3 times for the same problem or more than 30 days. You could try calling BMW NA and check with them though.

Thanks. I did and they got my info and will call my dealer to get more info. I've taken my car 5 times for inside rattles and noises, 4 times for squeaking brakes, its going to be two times for wastegates and engine noises, i got less than 12K miles. I want to follow up with a letter though.
