Push nut lock washer on kick panel?

I was removing the driver’s side kick panel behind the hood release lever and found this push nut on the carpet after I got it back together. Anyone know where it goes? ETK doesn’t show anything relevant. Washer is about 1cm in diameter. Thanks!

Propably dropped by an assembler during production. It looks like it was never used. Save it for a rainy day.

But just to be sure, I'd look at the brake pedal assembly schematic to see if it is used there.
