Bit of help needed

While rushing to fix some DIY, I purchased an MDF board as a temporary cover for some kitchen tiles that I removed, for when I new floor gos in soon.

I thought it was secure, until some hill billy driver pulled out on a dual carriageway and it came flying forward and landed square on the rear passenger air vent adjusters, both snapped

struggling to find what part number this would be, anyone got a clue?
