435i code 12AD01 and emissions questions for IL

Hey everyone. I'm getting a 12AD01 code and it's the only code I'm getting. Somehow my downstream O2 sensor was ripped or a mouse bit it and it was rigged by a shop. I have a MHD stage 2 + tune with FBO which includes a catless do. Will I pass with the 12AD01 code? Heres a screen shot of my ECU statues. Help PLEASE!!!

You need to look up IL emissions testing regulations...
