Minichamps is planning on making M2 CS diecast models!
I LOVE MY 1M AND M2C diecast model from them. Dackelone helped a long time ago get my 1:18 1M Safety Car. So this is a thread to help you if you want to order a scale diecast model. There is a big new interesting tidbit to this: there will be a scale 8 model!!!! The retail price would be around € 1600 plus shipping. 43 and 18 scale M2 CS, Minichamps can do in all 4 colors, with all rim colors and brake caliper colors. If for any reason you would rather communicate the intricacies of your model to Max himself, mlang@minichamps.de is his email address and he is extremely excited about the scale 8 model and ensuring that the models are exactly what you want. If you do want me to share your information with Max, send me a PM with your email address and what you want and I will share it directly with him. Notes: I am neither a vendor nor do I have any association with minichamps. I am also going to crosspost this post in the M2C area as well as the M2 forum since we do not have a dedicated M2 CS area. Update 2/17/21: Going forward, Max will be taking over this. Feel free to reach him directly at mlang@minichamps.de if you have any questions. |

Another huge shout-out to Max at Minichamps. Unaffiliated but a very happy customer. Max did my 1:18 1///M to an amazing level of detail (matching even my license plate, CF mirrors, etc.) and an even superber job on my paint-to-sample Porsche, which I asked him to do in both a 1:18 and 1:43 scale. Terrific detail - down to the yellow belts and even stitching on the dashboard!
As far as the 1:8 version, I am definitely in, would be epic (in fact pretty sure I can get at least 2 more friends in as well). |

I would love a model of my 2020 MCS. Do I just email the guy and see if he can make one to my specs? Also, what's ballpark cost? Would rather not bug him if it's out of my budget.
