Hesitation on light acceleration

Hopefully there isnt a major issue with my car but I have a I have a 2011 335xi FBO running stage 2+ MHD tune.

I am noticing when I am at a stop light and giving it light throttle it feels as if the car is struggling to move. It is like the car is struggling to turn the wheels. At a low speed (up to 50kmh) I can feel the car vibrate slightly. I feel the vibration is not at the wheels and its the car slightly shaking. I have had my rims re-balanced. At high speeds there are no issues.

I am going to try the following in order:
  1. Tune back to stock and see if I notice the issues
  2. Reset throttle adaption on MHD
  3. Clean the MAF sensor
  4. Tranmission fluid change

Anyone else have this issue and if so how were you able to resolve it?

Could it be your driveshaft center support bearing? I experienced vibrations in that speed range when mine was destroyed.

Do a proper data log, as well.
