He/she/it is going to use said cup in place of a public restroom.
Starbucks tastes like crap to me, so it's only fitting that he takes a leak or drops a deuce in one of their cups.....

Accurate. I spent half my day at Newport Beach yesterday and there was literally no place to piss. Since it's an affluent area I couldn't go next to some dumpster either since they'll surely have cameras everywhere. Bathrooms were closed at restaurants and even grocery stores. Was a terrible experience.
