Centercap size flexibility
My floating centercaps on my OEM wheels are 56mm.
The hubs on my new wheels are 66.5mm, so they will not fit. I found a set of BMW floating centercaps that are 65mm though. I'm not sure how much "flexibility" there is between them. They have plastic inserts, so "maybe" they are adjustable by a couple mm??? Thoughts? Would a 65mm centercap fit securely into a 66.5mm hole without falling out? Or would it be too loose?
