FBO: 435i Xdrive 2016

Best FBO options for a mid tier budget.

Hoping for a good quality sound as well. Looking for an exhaust as well let me know your experience! Had a bad experience with VRSF charge pipe so might need a new one as well....

Thank you!

FTP charpipe - MHD - VRSF for the things that don’t need to move in any way.

You need to make some decisions then do research... All the information is available you just need to read it.

First make a plan with long term goals on the car; do you ever plan to go beyond FBO, upgrade turbo, etc?

Are you OK with running catless DP? Or if you want to reduce/eliminate smell, do you need to pass emissions or not?

How savvy are you with flashing and logging?

Not sure what you mean by bad experience, but if its leaks, you can probably fix that with Orings (see the Oring thread). It sounds like you already have a CP... what else do you have, if anything? How many miles on car?

The exhaust is what's going to be the most expensive and offer basically zero performance benefit so i would skip that entirely or do it last. The exhaust decision will hinge heavily on DP choice (catted vs catless). You can likely achieve desired sound something something as simple as resonator or muffler delete, depending on DP choice.

You should consider and answer the questions above and then make your decision based on that.
