I recently bought a 2018 340i xdrive with the led headlights. I've been seeing pictures like this all over Instagram and was wondering how they get that look. Are they tinting the headlight or is it the black housing on the inside? Or is it just photo shopped? [IMG][/IMG]

looks like tint and photoshop to me

definitely looks cool but I like as bright as possible lights for back roads driving at night so I'll never tint headlights or the bottom of my front windshield. A cling film that can be put on and taken off for photo shoots would be a good idea

Sorry, this was an RCR reference - when he goes to car shows and makes fun of people's dumb mods.

Putting tint on your tail lights or headlights is a great way to lose any court case against you involved in a collision.

Don't be that guy who gets his shit pushed in by insurance because you wanted your headlights to "look cool".
