I have an intermittent rattling noise which drives me crazy and I can't pin point where it comes from. Today, I had the car on jack stands and found out the noise comes from the bellhousing area. I separated the flex plate from the converter and spinning the engine by hand, turned out the noise causes by the (one spot on ) flex plate lightly rubbing something near starter. Just don't want to drop the trans. AWD is a pain in the butt.
