E93 335 Coolant loss

Looking for some ideas of where to look. Low coolant light keeps coming on after car sits - check coolant and it is low in the expansion tank. I fill and do not see any leaks. Car drives absolutely normal with no misses, no loss of power and no check engine light. The temp runs between 215F and 225F using the hidden menu and the oil temp is below the 250F mark on the gauge. Car has 70k miles. I do not see any coolant leaks from anywhere, all hoses look good, had car on lift yesterday and no coolant could be seen from below, just the normal small oil leaks that I have had for years.

Am I looking at head gasket or something else?

Thanks for the input

The coolant is going somewhere, I would look under the ET, the plastic spots around the radiator, pull the belly pan and look at the water pump and thermostat plus residue on the belly pan.

Also remove your oil filler cap and look for milky sludge on the underside of it. Check for oily residue in your coolant expansion tank. Either one or both will indicate cross contamination of oil and coolant. If this is the case the most common cause is a leaking OFHG/ OCG but it could also be caused by a failed head gasket. This could cause coolant consumption.
