It must suck to have blown your load on your first car. They're never going to get close to the F1 again.
Who was the GM Designer that said something to the effect of 'finish your design and then remove one more detail?' They need that guy and a dozen of his managers. |

i like these cars, but sometimes less is more. they need to take it easy with the different shapes. kinda clashes.

I'm pretty sure Mclaren has committed to throwing truly aesthetic design to the wayside when it comes to the most hardcore members of the Ultimate series.
It's a decision I can respect. They are going to absolute performance, unrestrained by style. Yes, it's busy. Yes, it could be made much pleasing on the eye. But that's not what this car is meant to be. The 720s is stunning. The P1's successor will likely be just as sculpted. But in the Senna realm, they have made a conscious decision to dial down the importance of clean design. |

It's only a matter of time before they are making SUVs.

Bleh, all modern McLarens look alike. They need to get rid of that swoosh in the headlights. Doesn't look aggressive. The Senna is ... well, polarizing.

McLaren should go for more subtle colors at least for making things look more calm and composed.. lines are pretty nice with different colors etc it looks like a car from 4 year old kids hot wheels cabinet...
Koeniggsegg is a great example for what i mean..

You will barely drive it to keep the value intact. Maybe 200 miles per year or so. You keep it in your massive garage together with all the other exotics you have and post instagram pics.

In the rarified air of hypercar ownership, this would not be my choice.
From the supercar era, either an Enzo or F40....oh what the hell - both.
