Hi guys,

I'm not sure if this is somewhat helpful, but recently BMW added a subscription ConnectedDrive Package for $50 per year (or at least I just noticed it). It adds the remote service option for those of us that didn't had that option in the app before. When I bought my X3 in 2019 I downloaded the app and the only options I had was to verify vehicle mileage, Gas and Range. After I made the purchase, almost immediately I got access to the full list of remote options except remote start. I hope this help to anyone looking forward to this.
