I'm hoping this black G80 is being broken in to be given to the press for reviews! It'll be nice if the OP provides some background (if allowed).

Those seats look awesome. A plain black with a yellow or blue stitching would be perfect. The rest of the car, nawww.

thanks for the photos & you're about to be a very popular person haha!
Hope you enjoy the time behind the wheel! I'm still curious how different it'll feel compared to the F80s that I tried to love but dumped promptly after tasting a manual V8 tied to a very nice chassis. hoping this is a nice leap in the feel categories

Btw, huge thanks for posting here, we are starved for any information you provide, the more the better. You are in position to scoop people like Chris Harris, Tiff Needell and the likes, take it... |

Still, I am not too concerned and believe BMW M will deliver the best M3/M4 performance car yet and better car compared to Mercedes-Benz (AMG) and Audi (S-Models). What I do believe is C19 had some impact on the go to market / pre-presentation / pre-marketing / pre-testing timeline and BMW may was a little behind in his finishing touches and therefore we have the current situation... Not that it makes anything better, but all of the manufacturers will have to some degree the added weight the new G8x generation has. May we see an increase in special models such as CS models and others with lower weight, etc... Kind of unfair with expected significant higher pricing but may more profit for BMW M... |
