427 Z06...
I decided to give my father an early christmas gift while he's out of town on business so I headed over to my parents house to pick up his new Z06 427 edition so as I could take some pictures to make a poster size shot for him...
Here are a few from the shoot... :hi: Thanks for looking.

Great looking car! I think the brick wall takes away from the car though as a backdrop.

Those wheels belong on the ZR-1. They're perfect.

Here is some info on the car...
2008 Chevrolet Corvette 427 Limited Edition Z06 - Car News Paying homage to the 427 with a 428. BY JARED GALL February 2008 With a 0-to-60-mph time of 3.4 seconds, an 11.7-second quarter-mile at 125 mph, a 198-mph top speed, reasonable fuel economy, and more cargo space than a Mercedes-Benz S-class (never mind the lack of a back seat), the Corvette Z06 is more of a miracle car than virtually anything else on the road today. One thing it is not, however, is a true 427. The 7008 cubic centimeters displaced by its fantastic LS7 V-8 translate to 427.7 cubic inches, which any good mathematician will tell you rounds up. Oh, well. The number 428 doesn’t have the same place in Chevrolet history as the legendary 427 big-block, so Chevrolet isn’t going to let an extra cube stop it. The 2008 Chevrolet Corvette 427 Limited Edition Z06 is a special-edition car meant to honor the fabled 427. Like every other special-edition Vette in recent years, this is really only a trim package with a unique color—in this case, Crystal Red Tintcoat—and wheels. To the hood on the Z06, already reminiscent of the “stinger” hood on the 1967 Corvette Sting Ray 427, the 427 Limited Edition adds a black stripe and “427” badges meant to mimic the old Vette. Other exterior modifications include unique wheels, a body-color spoiler (instead of the standard Z06’s black one), and body-color trim on the door handles. All Limited Edition Z06s come with the 3LZ Preferred Equipment package—the new-for-2008 dressier interior—in a special dark titanium color. The seats and the floor mats have “427” embroidery, and the center-console trim plate is finished in the same red as the body. Each 427 Limited Edition comes with a numbered plaque signed by Wil Cooksey, a name known only to Corvette faithful who may recognize him as the Bowling Green assembly-plant manager who is retiring in March. At $84,195, this limited edition is priced about $3000 more than a similarly equipped Z06. The only available option is the $1750 navigation system. Hurry if you want one, because production is limited to just 427 in the U.S. and Canada and 78 more outside North America, for a total of 505, which—hey!—just happens to be the horsepower figure of the LS7. If you’re the 428th North American customer to try to order a 427 Limited Edition Z06, how mad are you going to be that Chevrolet didn’t round up?

You are an awesome son....May god bless you man!
BTW, aren't those rims going to be available in the stock(Non-special edition) Zo6 too??? I'm sure I saw them being offered. Anyway, Zo6 looks perfect with these rims . The current ones are old and too common
