M performance coilovers kit

Hello,
Is it possible settings height 0mm like OEM suspension original?
lower rim edge vertically to the wheel arch on front is OEM 19"wheels is 625mm and rear 620mm
bmw recommend on performance coilovers - front 19" wheels 595mm and rear 600mm

Yes, but the dampers are - according to the installation instructions - modified such that the mid point of the damper stroke is correct for the stated ride height.

The stock height is actually 620 mm all around, front and rear.

my stock height was

Front : 620mm
Rear : 623mm

My front passenger side is slightly higher too! I'm going to have the dealer check it out soon.
