Hi! My front seats are heated but manual. Miss my electric ones from my previous F48 X1. Anyone upgraded them? What does it involve?

First thought would be a shed load of cash.

My X1 had full electric seats with lumber adjustment etc etc and only on very rare occasions did I need to use any of the adjustments once set.
My X3 has the manual adjustment and having initially set it to the required position it's basically stayed there since. Only adjustment they get is a slide forward and back when having a clean out with the hoover.

Unless you are determined to go for it, personally I would stay with the manual adjustments and spend the money on other "goodies"

Thing is car is being used by myself and my girlfriend. Hoped to get into already set seat/mirrors depending on who is using the car. We both have a key each
