Hey Long Island posters.

GF got a Supra and is looking for full PPF/ceramic.

I know a lot of people go to 631 coatings but also saw a recommendation for ExclusiveVinyl.

Any thoughts on these shops or others in the area?

I did my X3MC in a shop in Farmingdale, but after having it a while feel the quality of the work was not up to par with the very high price (~$4k for PPF front only and full ceramic).

Thanks for the replies everyone. We ended up going with Exclusive Vinyl as the reviews were outstanding. Taking it in towards the end of next week.

I wish I had known about this place before I got my X3MC wrapped.

How much did they charge for just the ceramic coat? I'm looking to get my X3MC done and am in the NYC area.

I didn't get just that price unfortunately. I'll say that their prices were way cheaper than the shop I used and the reviews are better. For comparison, two Farmingdale shops (one I used) were $2000 more for full PPF in comparison

My only gripe is they are pretty crappy about answering the phone. The owner has his number listed but he is more about the work than the business side. He has a partner who handles that aspect. In person, both were really awesome guys but you could tell the owner's passion is the actual work.

Note, I did not get the car done yet but looking at the work in their shop and the reviews online I have a super good feeling about them.

There was also a poster here who raved about them in this thread which is where I got the shop info.
