MyBMW
Long-time BMW owner but first time to own an X5. I have registered on MyBMW (app and website) but cannot access my vehicle. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you fix it?

There isn't an error. When I setup my account on the web (X5 was still in production), I couldn't get past the screen on "my garage" where you are supposed to put your name, address, etc. When I tried to do it (from inside the X5) on the app, I got to the point where it asks for "mr or ms" and zip code. It didn't proceed after that.
