Does anyone know the torque specs from the front seats?

Replacing the subs in my 2016 330i.

Was going to purchase a service manual but I see Bentley does t actually have one for the b48 which is a shame, don't want to buy an inferior manual just for front seat torque specs.

The seats are bolted to the floor with powerlok screws, which BMW says must not be reused. The torque is 42Nm. Before removing the seat bolts disconnect the negative battery terminal. If you don't and the wires to the seat belts and/or airbags come loose while you're under there you'll set off error codes. Don't actually remove the seats, just remove the front bolts and loosen the rear bolts enough to tip the seat back enough to access the subs.
