Steering issue

Hi guys
Last day I tried removing my tires. The nuts were so tight, still I tried really hard and due to this the car moved forward being in park. After that when I drive there are some difficulties when I make turns. What could be the possible issue ?(2010 328i xdrive)

What do you mean by "tried really hard"? What tools, etc. did you use?

What do you mean by difficulties making turns?
