Rattles in my cabin

I hear lots of rattles in the cabin everytime i drive my e92 328i. Should i take it to the dealer. I m so sad that I paid 40k and still hear rattles. My car just turned a year old last month with 12 k miles.
I searched and i found out that there are lots of people having this problem. I think BMW should do some quality control. How about the 09 models, anyone have rattles ?

what kind of rattles? I had one in the back seta area of my 335 coupe and the dealer replaced the center console lid under warranty. It was good for a while, but now I hear it again.

its covered by your warranty. i believe its one year or 2o ooo k, whichever comes first. bring it in, tell em where you hear it and they will fix u up. personally, i had the same issues, many of them went away after a few months. if i hear them again after i take it out of storage next spring, ill make sure to bring it in.

I just rather keep it OUT OF THE DEALERSHIPS hands as much as possible. Make sure to do a walkaround of the car as well to make sure they dont MUCK up your ride any while they have it.

My 2007 328i sounds like a pair of maraccas after 24,000 miles! Compared to my old A4 this car falls short on interior quality.
