Need help with drag radials on my M3 Comp

Hello all,
I put a new set of 285-30-20 Nitto Nt555r2 on my 2021 M3 comp. replacing the old Pirelli pzeros, took it to discount tire they claimed they balanced it. All looks fine, i step on it at 60-65mph. Feels sideways at speeds from 70-100+. Extremely scary feeling, what is causing this?? Help

What Barry said, check tire psi and report back.

It may be set really high which leads to a very loose almost skating on ice feeling.

And the higher speed only compounds the issue.

P.S Tires may need breaking in. Oils/coatings on brand new tires. Give it about 25-50 miles

Thank you so much man! This was the actual reason- appreciate it. Do you recommend radials in general on an M3 or buy Michelin's instead

What do you want to do with the car that would require radials?

What's the main purpose of the vehicle ? If it's an everyday driver, Michelin's or even your previous P0's are more than capable.

Hitting the drag strip often ? Track or ECU Tune in the near future ? Then thats a different story

I actually bought a RaceChip and going to install it tomorrow i believe. I was concerned it wouldn't hook with the P zeros- so went ahead and bought these. I've been testing this cars 60-130 in bonestock form along with other things. Hopefully this piggy back is safe though!
