BBS LM Wheels

So.... Im debating BBS LM wheels custom done in Satin black with gloss black lip for my G80 which is BSM.

Thoughts? I looked at some HRE's but there all Chinese made now and not really feeling it. Not sure if the LM is too much of a classic wheel for the car as it might make the tire look huge....

Thoughts? IND has LM on there car but its not stanced correctly and there the wrong color IMO.

I think in the right color they might be ok. I am considering these BBS that I have on my E30 but will probably bite the bullet on F1's

This all comes down to what you think looks nice. Personally, I don't really care much for the BBS, they look too midnight club, street racer vibe for me. Honestly, I think the 826M are really cool looking.

I think the LM is too classic for the G8X , but that's just me.

I believe only the 3 piece HREs are made in China.

I think the FIR would look the best out of all of them. I'm a fan of 2-3 piece wheels but I haven't seen them work super well on this platform.

PULLED THE TRIGGER!

Have a set of BBS E89's 20x10 20x11 coming in custom black in about 3 weeks. Going to test fit and see if I like them. If not, they'll be for sale!

Currently about a 1 year wait for these wheels!

They are, but damn what a nightmare to clean!
No way! They're not hard to clean at all. I kept mine spotless. And my wrist fit through the wider opening and I was able to clean the barrel. These new wheels on the G80 are an absolute pain in the you know what… but they sure are sexy…
Anyway, I just sold my LM's too to a guy in Cali. 20's. But he put them on his e92. They came off my e90, M3. Personally I don't think LM's should be on the G, but that's just my opinion.

Don't put LM's on the G. It looks awkward. Too bad I just sold mine too… but I knew they weren't look good on this car. I feel like personally it's more of a "classic" look on the bimmers

I second this.

Honestly the LM's look way outdated, even on the F8X was never a fan. imo

E90 on down , they look great tho
