Funny old guy

So I was driving down to get lunch today at this local Japanese Rice Bowl place. About 2 blocks before I got there, this Porsche GT3 pulls up next to me, Carrera White, it's a good looking car.

We both are next to each other at the stop light. As the light goes green, this guy floors his car, making a pretty damn nice exhaust note, and we both make it to the next stop light. I look over and it's a 60-70 year old man with his wife, and he's literally TAUNTING me by making some awesome exhaust sounds and looking over at me. I kept thinking to myself, this grandpa next to me, with twice the HP my E92 has, is actually trying to goad me into a race. I was seriously taken aback. I'm in my mid-20s, and I thought to myself, "Aren't I supposed to be the immature prick taunting the quiet old man?"

Anyway, he floored it again, and I just took a right into the Japanese Restaurant's parking lot shaking my head.

This guy did the same to me shortly after I got my E92.

He was in a Porsche Boxster with his wife, he must have been 50. I'm in my 20's and only have a 320i.

He revved the nuts of his car at the lights, My wife (who hates dick drivers) told me to floor it.

As soon as the lights changed I floored it and so did he.

Believe it or not I actually bet him to the next set of lights. This guy obviously couldnt drive to save his life. I had a huge smile on my face when he pulled back up to me looking rather sheepish.

So, its not only young guys who want to race it seems.

I don't know, I've never had the urge to race. The only time I ever push my engine is when I need to position myself to leave the highway or enter the highway. Anything else just seems so pointless.

Was he Asian? I know of a older gentleman that associates with my dad with a white carrera gt3 that always speed and track his car, and always talk shit about smoking kids off the line to show them whats up. He always have a new girl with him every time I see him, and he is married!

I couldn't tell if he was Asian actually. He had these cheesy aviators on, but his wife was white if that helps.

I just hope he doesn't get a massive heart attack one of these days when he's engaging in a street race. It can be very intense (or so I've heard).
