Finally received X7 delivery

Finally, I received the deliver for my 2022 X7 car today… genius guy didn’t seem very interested in explaining the session.
I am trying my BMW app - vehicle location is not working. I am receiving pop up with this message :
We couldn’t retrieve your vehicle location information right now, please try again later- any pointers?

Make sure you've checked off and agreed to all the privacy/data agreements in idrive settings in the car.
