Trading in my 2020 X7 for a 2022. I burn through miles like a truck driver. I'm almost at 50,000 miles and I've only owned the X7 for 17 months.
I'm not a car guy. Don't care that much. Just want the most comfortable car I can get. Gas it up and go. But because I don't really take care of my car… I trade them in right before the warranty expires. I can't get over how much I like this car. Absolutely the best car I've ever owned. I liked it so much I am trading in my 2020 for a 2022! How's that for loyalty. This time I'm thinking about an extended warranty. Out to 75,000 miles. How much should an extra 25,000 bumper to bumper warranty cost realistically? Dealer threw out $4600. That seems a bit high to me. I welcome the great collective minds of this forum to set my mind at ease on how much to pay is right.

Why not just extend out the warranty on your 2020 to 100K? It looks well spec'd compared to anything available in MY 2022? The $4,800 does seem a bit steep. There are a few dealers on the forum that can quote you an extended warranty.
