BMW Genius line is terrible

The new system is just bad. Doesn't understand voice after multiple tries, can't shortcut the damn thing and then when I ask to speak to the agent it drops the call. Happened three times in a row...

Oddly enough someone responded within 5 minutes to my email request, usually it takes 24-48 hours to get an email response from them. What a mess.

Just found out my order doesn't have a build date anymore (it was week 40, then 44, now none) because of one of the options. Waiting on a call-back from SA to find out which one.

Try using the www.Mybmw.com site. Throughout my build, it seems to be updating in a timely fashion. It's not a live person, but the live people don't give you any more information, they just try to be nice about telling you the news you didn't want to hear.

I do use that site too, but right now it’s useless because the car is in “order accepted” status and it doesn’t show me any information on the build week.

I wish my mime was still on Order Accepted as I would much rather a December delivery as right now the Incentives absolutely suck and December has traditionally been the best month for incentives

Yep agreed. The site says my car has been stuck in final assembly for two weeks. When I call the hotline I'm told my cars been done since the 15th and waiting for transport
