Sounds like he shifts into second much sooner before the redline, maybe at 5k?
Also sounds like he does a burnout at the start, switches to rwd then back to awd?

Short shifting first for sure. Sounds like the rest are at least 700 short of redline. That track surface is doing a lot of the work.

That's great to see. That's what a good FBO GTR runs. More time tuning these cars will hit 9's on stock turbos.

For the 10.0 also removed all seats except driver bucket.
And he is really really good at racing

In all seriousness, darrell is a serious racer. He studies the fuel, drivetrain behavior, gear ratios, tune characteristics, the ambient conditions and surface, and has alot of experience snd csn drive consistently at very high speeds. He can pretty much tell you what the car is gonna do before the race. He also has intimate knowledge of the machine he is running. Dude eats shits snd breathes straight line racing…

Wow, thanks for the inside scoop.

I'm new at modifying cars, specially with e85. Do you know if going full corn will require bigger injectors/fuel pump, or stock will sufice?

Also...

Now, at this level of performance and knowing that the S58 has been allegedly proven to be good for 1k HP, the question is, what the limits on the rest of the drivetrain are... Specially the transmission.
