Wonder why a Porsche was shown at the end of the clip? Did it beat the Porsche?

Honestly, this is the dumbest idea ever because you'll need a lot of energy to make it move. The running motion action can be very unnatural (00.01-00.03 secs clip) and I can see a lot of people getting injured or killed using it.

Yep, it will a complete failure because it won't be street legal just like the Segway on ours roads.
