I've seen that video 2 weeks ago. Very impressive, especially with 6HP gearbox. Would love to find out more details about things do e to the car, but after short search I only found little bits of info, like the gearbox, which owner modified himself to keep this power.

Sure doesn't sound anywhere close to 1,000hp....and it doesn't even show the results of the dyno pull??
I'm going to take a video of my car doing a burnout.....and make the title of the video "1,000hp 335i burnout"...... |

It's posted on B005tAdd1ct, so I can't link it. It's 1011BHP, and he posts the dyno as well. : could be totally fake but figured i'd at least let you know a dyno graph exists for this.

Details of modifications listed in the description, Speedtech PRECISION GEN2 6870 CEA Turbo is rated at 1000bhp+ from what I read plus dyno link is posted. From what I can see, it's 1000bhp at the crank if I'm not mistaken, but still very impressive. Last edited by Saif2018; 10-10-2021 at 01:55 AM.. |

It just sounded like it didn't spool up the dyno very fast. I've seen lots of thousand plus horsepower LS powered cars on a dyno, and they scream when they dona pull.... That car sounded pretty darn week.
Compare that 335i video to this 1000hp Camaro on the dyno. That Camaro spins up the dyno way faster. |

I guess that if someone is going to make a thread titled "1000hp N54 build"......I assumed that the video posted would be of the car making a 1000hp Dyno pull....but I guess not.
And no...I didn't check out all the links in the video and research the car/built. Didn't seem worth the extra effort after watching that first video...... |

You can't judge hp by looking at a video, otherwise there would be no point of dyno charts |
