Vehicles with BMW Operating System 7 produced from July 2021 on already come with the latest version, including all additional functions.

So should be installed already, no ota required.

03/2021.85 is my version. (car deliverd in late august)

Doesnt look like the latest, but no upgrade available also. Maybe have to wait a bit.

Has anyone received this update recently? I have seen some of the LCI versions already came delivered with 21-07 but haven't seen any pre-LCI versions with this version on them yet.

Its strange as all of the articles state that vehicles produced from July 2021 should come shipped with this version. Mine was produced in August 2021 so that doesn't stack up.

Our iX3 was ordered middle June and we took delivery end November. Checked our version and still 03/2021.85. Also read this may be rolled out to Germany. We based in Austria would assume being German too the system would have advised to update to 21-07 but nothing seen thus far?
Also still running with Napster while I see some have lost this function and have Spotify which I assume comes with 21-07 update.

I have Spotify and I am running 21-03 software.

Same here: on 03/2021.63 and also have Spotify...
Really curious when 07/2021 will rollout and what it will bring us exactly, given that the current version already seems to have some of its features.

Previous 21-03 update (announced March 31) was installed during June OTA to iX3 (in Finland), so I guess it will be somewhere during Jan for 21-07 (announced Oct 11) for most if the pattern is the same
