Poll: Allocation Waitlist

Hi all, maybe more of you are also curious about this, but I’m wondering how many folks are currently on an allocation waitlist and for what.

G80, 82, 83 variants (manual, comp rwd, comp awd) can be swapped with an allocation. Say a dealership gets a G80 allocation, they can configured as a manual / comp rwd / comp awd. So the main variants would be bodystyle.

I just spoke my CA from BMW of Silver Spring, MD . She has one allocation for a G83. Ask for Desire Jackson anyone that is interested.

I guess I could’ve just said G80, 82 and 83, but I was interested to see if others were going awd or rwd per body style!

Hadn’t really noticed before but it seems most people are going for the 4 door. Most of the photos in the daily thread are M3’s, and the poll results here reflect that. I don’t know why but across the generations I always assumed most folks wanted the coupe. I was #5 on my dealers waitlist for an M3, but was able to move up to #3 by changing to an M4.

I was 3rd in line for an M3 xdrive in early July. Still haven’t been given an allocation.
