I placed my order a few days ago for a Brooklyn grey m240i with shadowline, black leather, and the bicolor wheels/red calipers. It's still in "scheduled for production" status so I can make changes to it.

I'm having 2nd thoughts on the Brooklyn grey after watching some videos and seeing some more photos. I may end up regretting that color. Thinking of switching to BSM with the jet black wheels. I got my wife that same combo in a 2022 m340 and it's stunning - so I know I won't regret it.

Just curious to know what color combos others here went with…

I was brooklyn grey at first, shadowline, black wheels, black interior, red calipers

But after much back-and-forth I decided to go Black Sapphire metallic, shadowline, black wheels, cognac interior, and red calipers

Sounds like it hits the dealer Friday and depending how things go I'll be able to grab it fri-mon once it's ready

Brooklyn Grey over Cognac for me. I agree it's a risky color. I saw it on the car, at the dealer last week and went "whew", it looks pretty good on the lower, smaller car. On a larger X3 outside, with more vertical surface, not so good to my taste. "Grey Metallic" is kind of an oxymoron,! But from my brief impression it's got a subtle, dynamic component to it that really responds to the lighting on it. The old "better in person, than in photos " line.

The BSM over Cognac is gorgeous and classy, can't miss. I've always been a Grey car guy though and decided to give it a shot. I'm also a bit more biased towards the performance over appearance so I can live quite happily with most colors, triangles, single headlights, not round taillights, skateboard rocker panels, etc., AND the blue calipers instead of the red ones I stupidly forgot to order.

Selected the M797 Bi-color wheels w/non run-flat Performance tires & blue calipers. Almost went all black M797 but didn't like the look on the blue car.. for me at least. If I selected BSM or White exterior color I may have selected the black wheels

I considered BSM over black but currently have an x5 with carbon black and wanted to do something different.
For me, I would like Brooklyn Grey for about 90 days and then wish I had made a different choice. IMO, in 3 years that color way is out, just a fad.

BSM with extended shadowline over black leather interior and M797 bicolor with red calipers. The all black car should look mean but also make the bicolor wheels and red calipers pop

Brooklyn Gray over Red leather, 792 wheels and blue calipers. Mines an HEA car so I didn't spec the car, but it ticked all the boxes except for the blue calipers. I would've ordered but my current lease is up so needed something this month.

I went with Portimao Blue on Tacora Red Vernasca with the shadow line package and the jet black wheels with red calipers. Checked every box other than the cooling & HP tire package because I wasn't a fan of the wheels that came with that.

gmaine340i Nice! You went for the "superman" color scheme. I never used to like it, but after seeing a few cars the past year I really like that color combo now.

I selected Thundernight Metallic, Shadowline Package, Oyster interior, and the solid black 791M style wheels, with red calipers.

I think the only thing I never once changed my mind on was the paint colors, everything else I went back and forth on. I'm 100% set now though. I'm excited to see it come to life!

I was hoping my performance non rft's would be Michelins, but I got pirellis.

I ordered black wheels with Alpine White exterior and think it looks good on this particular car...not all cars but this one for sure.

I prefer contrast. Silver wheels of some shade look so much more pleasing than black to me. Personal yes this is!

That being said I am getting pirelli sottozero 3 winter tires put on at the end of the week, so I am eager to see how they compare to the pirelli p zeros.
