Any issues getting 265 instead of 275 for the front in winter tires? All other dimensions are stock

265 should stretch onto the wheel but check the tire specs first as they occasionally include on how big of a wheel it'll fit.

Turns out with xdrive tire diameter size difference between front and back will be too large. Thanks

Not sure what your location is but if you aren't planning on a lot of heavy snow driving you can consider the pilot sport A/S 4, they are available in oem sizes , are "pretty good" in snow and ice and probably the best you can get in cold dry and wet.
