So far 6 weeks waiting for 'quality control'
I'm getting a bit frustrated as I can see from my new cars VIN that it was produced on November 15th, but till now no sign of coming to Denmark. I have asked the dealer on several occasions for updated status and expected date of delivery. So far the same reply have been that the car is awaiting 'quality control/check at the factory'. I appreciate that nothing is 'normal' these days, but more than 6 weeks stuck at the same spot seems a bit too unusual.
I have been in contact with someone else who ordered same car (545e) and he has received his car before Christmas from the same dealership, and his car was produced on Nov 17th... I was wondering if anybody else have experienced/heard of similar delays??? |

I can say, from the G29 perspective, the RAM was the major holdup. There is such a backlog that as soon as some arrive; they are sent to the VPC on waiting cars for Dealer delivery.
