What's up with my STFT's?

Mods are '13 N54 DCT, 17T's, 535 single, port injection with 550's, BMS dual cone, inlets, outlet, 7.5" intercooler, 2.5 bar MAP, catless DP, MHD tune via Motiv, etc.

Car was running strong trapping 132mph on 24 psi and e40. I recently received a revised tune bumping up the boost to 27 psi and E50-60 mix.

I had been running 93 octane the past couple months, so I updated MHD, reinstalled the IKMOS ROM, then loaded the new ethanol file.

I drove it a bit so that the fuel trims would adjust since obviously going from 93 to E50 will require a lot of extra fuel. After over 50 miles I'm seeing the LTFT's display -12.2 and no positive trims. Seems to be moving in the wrong direction. The STFT's are still maxing out, ranging from -33.9 to +34. Under a fairly heavy part throttle pull the STFT's are maxed and can't get an AF of 14.6 and staying at best low 15's for brief periods (closed loop).

I generally don't watch this too closely and am wondering if it's normal and at what point if any the LTFT's will increase so that the STFT's won't be maxing out.
