Should I wait? M340i 2022 or 2023
So I am going to order a new M340i. Does anyone have any idea what changes are going to be made to the 2023? Am I going to regret ordering a 2022 instead of waiting on a 2023? Leaning towards ordering now as I don't think it'll be drastic changes.

My opinions order now, the 2023 looks like it'll have ugly Idrive 8 and ugly upside down headlights. It gets M mirrors too while 2022 doesn't but that's an easy mod

No problem, definitely not a fan of where BMW design is headed. Get it before the ugly sets in lol. If you order soon I think you may be lucky enough to get little to no deletions. Probably just passenger lumbar and width. Looks like adaptive M is even back too, I was lucky enough to get it before it ran out originally and it's definitely worth it coming from a 19 m sport 330 without it.

It also appears most options are back right now. Mine started production mid December and only has passenger lumbar and width deleted. JSaid…what do you like about the adaptive over the M Sport? I’ve only driven the M Sport but was lucky enough to get Adaptive put on. Where does the M Sport you had fall in comparison to comfort and sport on the adaptive? |

@RustyNail19, so here's what I noticed:
Comfort: softer ride than in the standard m sport suspension without being overly floaty. Definitely nice for rougher roads and just cruising while still handling well. Sport (where I spend 99% of my time): the suspension is definitely stiffer than the m sport and feels like it has more control around tight turns at both high and low speeds with significantly less body roll. Under heavy acceleration and at high speeds the cars super stable and smooth. More so than the standard IMO but that may be placebo . The car just feels way more stable and confident in every situation, I was very surprised by how well it performs compared to my last car which wasn't bad by any means After having it, adaptive M is definitely a must for me going forward you definitely won't regret it, especially for $700! On a side note it looks like they added M 50 year anniversary emblems. Anyone gonna get it? I think I would have skipped on it |

Thanks for detailed response! Can’t wait to get it. I thought the M Sport was really impressive, but I’ve seen so many positive comments on the adaptive along with all the reviewers raving about it, so it became a must have for me. I lucked out in getting it. Hopefully I’ll finally pick up my car later this month from PCD. Audio module recall just closed today so shouldn’t be much longer!

I'm ordering mine and I think I'll get the 50th emblems.
I was wondering though. I really like the M792 wheels in the cerium but prefer the shadowline package. The car would be P.blue. is that a weird combo?. Should I just get the cerium grill? |

https://g20.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1656199 Otherwise I'd say just go cerium gray trim for completeness. Either way the choice is yours, you can't go wrong! P. Blue is a great color choice for either trims. And yeah prices aren't the best rn but deals are definitely still to be had if you find the right dealer. Mine had an MSRP of 70k and I got for 65. Not bad IMO |
