Is there an iX at the Spartanburg?

I'm going to be visiting the Spartanburg area end of this week and am wondering if they have one at the BMW facility? Thought it may be a way to get a look at it. I know they aren't built there - yet - but thought BMW may showcase it there.

Production started months ago. I took delivery of my iX 50 in December. I'm sure all dealers have a demo but there should probably be one at the factory as well.

Unfortunately this is not the case yet here in the US- still no iX's at any dealerships that I know of, just had to order blind! When mine comes might be the first time I get to see one lol

I mixed up Spartanburg with Dingolfing which is in Germany.

I don't know if there are any iX to see at Spartanburg. My comment were relevant for Dingolfing. I'm sorry for the confusion.

Most who preordered in the US as soon as ordering opened up have March production dates. They should receive their iX in April or May. I preordered our iX in late September and still do not have a production date but it likely won't be built until summer.

Production began February for some of the early deliveries (pushed up as they were previously March production)

I just checked with my SA who received a preorder from a customer minutes after BMW open it up and his iX is still scheduled for week 10, no change. I still do not have a production date. Who knows how BMW is selecting some for earlier production.

None in the Midwest of which I'm aware, in about a 5 state area.

If you're near Chicago, the Chicago Auto Show starts this weekend and goes on for a week, and my dealership confirmed that they will have the iX to check out there. They even gave me free tickets.

PLEASE sit in it and let me know it compares to the X5 for legroom. I'm very tall and really wondering about how roomy it is.
