Stuck at quality check
My car has been in quality check for 2 weeks.. Anyone know what are the common reasons for stuck at quality check? Thanks!

This is the norm. Welcome to the chip shortage. Don't get mad when it sits at the port for a couple weeks. Just trying to set you expectations.

In QC since 1/8/22. BMW Genius can provide no information, and refers the inquirer to the dealer. Per dealer, delay is due to "parts shortages".
I suspect that lightly optioned builds move through the factory more rapidly than those which include "active cruise control & stop and go function", parking assistance package, H&K radio. |

4 weeks in QC so far for me. I ordered ACC but not HK. I was told by my SA that HK wasn't available at the time I ordered.
Honestly, I'm okay with a delay because its winter here. I would be happy with a mid-march delivery. I don't think thats an unrealistic expectation at this point. |
