RAM Average close time
Evening!
Just seeing what everyone's experiences with the RAM "recall" and how long you had to wait. I'm kinda expecting 10-15 days minimum right now. If I see anything sooner I'll be greatly suprised. |

3 days at Baltimore. Viking Destiny unloaded it on Sunday and work order was closed a few minutes ago (because I was checking it way too often). Someone else in the Viking Destiny thread also had theirs closed in 2-3 days.

Receiver audio module in the trunk which has to be retrofitted for many vehicles at the destination ports due to supply chain issues. If you have a VIN, any open work orders for the vehicle will eventually show up here: https://bmw-recall-tool.netlify.app/

Mine was at Baltimore port Sunday, RAM recall closed Tuesday, and on way to the dealership Thursday.

I ordered mine in late September, but the dealer didn't have an allocation until November/December.

I switched from a smaller dealer to Annapolis because they had multiple allocation and the smaller dealership, just the one and I had to wait until they sold a car...Also still no recall update ie mine is still showing open.

I ordered Nov 27, production started Dec 20. Was Ready for transport at the beginning of Jan and took awhile to get on a ship.

Okay I was ahead of you putting the order in by a few days, the 23rd I believe. So you might have beat me to the production line, I cant quite remember the dates mine started. So that might be possibly what they're going off of.

I sadly don't have anything nice to say about the sales people at annapolis. I moved my allocation over via phone and I've had just poor customer service from them since the beginning.
