Well they just changed my status back to in transit even though it was in transit last week... Looks like it's actually on a boat this time!

Has anyone else seen this happen today to theirs?


I ordered about 4/5 months ago and it's finally in transit!

I literally just looked and saw the change a few min ago, it's too late to call my dealer or genius but I remember finding and tracking the ship on my own the last time I bought my m340i. I know the bmw website isa bit outdated by 5 days or so, so it could have been shipped out a week ago for all I know but the status definitely changed at some point today on themy bmw site.

Can anyone help me find the ship and tracking info?

It's being shipped to South Florida (Delray Beach, FL).

Just fyi, some of us headed to the west coast flipped to in transit too only to revert back to at the port. I hope that's not you're situation.

I change in transit the same day, any of you have confirm the vessel with the CA or Genius?

Ok let me know what they say. I just talked to them and they said " no information regarding the vessel has been generated". So thats weird knowing my status changed more than 24hrs ago.

They actually said no information too.. they said it could be that it's being assigned a ship that was delayed or it was supposed to go on a ship then the factory said to hold the car because parts are coming in to fix the stop sale. Not sure though that's just what they suggested could of happened.

Genius says I'm definitely not in transit and it looks like it was just an error in the system.

2 months at the port now... I wonder if I'll get the car by June at this point with the 2 stop sales I have lol

When did your car left the factory? My M3 arrived the port on 1/19 and the status is still at the port after 7 weeks waiting.

Basically same exact thing as you. It seems like that was an error and it just got to the port this week... I could be wrong though

Ya, I got switched to transit this morning along with closed stop sales. I called genius today but they still see the car at port on their system. But maybe it's now getting/or on a boat.

I'll wait till Tuesday and call my ca and see what he says
