these prices are becoming the norm. i just sold my 05 M3 a few weeks and have been watching 335s for the past few months. there are dealers in chicago (one who wholesales to perillo bmw) offering 07 coupes with <20k miles under $30k. i think that by jan or feb 2009, youll be able to pick up a used 07 335i coupe with 25k miles for $25,000.

its usually a network of dealerships called luxury motors or bentley of downers grove or something... they buy up all the auction cars and push um out the door with little markup. not bad, some people have had success with them, some have had problems.
if i was gonna buy a car on ebay it'd be from a warm weather climate... less chance for rust BTW... saw a 335 sedan w/zsp and zpp on ebay today selling with no reserve and it was only at like $18k right now with a few days left. |

I think you will find that color and option packages will play the biggest influence in how much above 30k you will get on a 335i right now... the fact is that this is a great car and emotion will still play a part, for now at least~

(Similar to Rayco in PA) While you may be able to get a good deal from them, I would not buy one sight unseen. |
