rear bumper missing piece

Can some one take a pic of their lower rear bumper. Car was rear ended and I believe body shop forgot to put a piece back on.

Here's what mine looks like. No accidents. Sorry for the poor lighting, was trying to take the photo while car was parked in garage.

The plastic hitch cap that slides in the square hitch is missing for sure at first glance.

thank you. Maybe the bolt holes that are not used are for non hitch rear diffuser bumpers?

found why it looked like something was missing. the plastic bracket was broken and no screw to hold it down.
