Typically these are China-only models which don't get released elsewhere.

I think there have been other LWB variants of cars for China, which again don't get made available outside.

Yes, besides X5, there are 5 series & 3 series LWB version in China

Photos of this car were published(accidentally?) on some Chinese website already a couple of month ago. But the info then and in the posts above seems to be true. Chinese market only.
