Misfires and bunch of codes

After researching the site, I was unable to find similar situation. Over the weekend, I changed the value cover gasket and plugs. I went to test out and it was fine for about 5 min. And then I pushed a little hard and got misfires. I checked everything and pull back old plugs, still same issue.

revs fine in neutral, but in gear after 2k rpm it’s boggs and wants to shut down.

Have a ton of codes. Trying to see what I should check first. It’s an 07 335i with 80k miles. HPFP replaced back about 10 years ago and fuel regulator last year. Everything is stock except battery.

Codes
29CC - combustion misfires, several cylinders
29DC - cylinder injection cutout
2AAF - fuel pump plausibility
29CF - combustion misfire, cylinder 3
29CE - combustion misfire, cylinder 2
29CD - combustion misfire, cylinder 1
29D9 - misfire at low tank fill level
2C7B - oxygen sensor behind catalytic converter, signal
D6DO - ring-break diagnosis has been carried out
E18F - MOST ring set point/ actual configuration does not match
9CBF - communication with step motor controller on the left disrupted

I typically find that these cars are very ground sensitive. Being you changed spark plugs I would start by making sure all connecting plugs to coils are secured and well seated. With fcp euro life time warranty, I always change coils when I change sparks plugs.

Also running these car low on fuel can often cause a misfire as the fuel sloshes at high accelerations.
