UK/Europe G05 sunshade for the windscreen?

I have seen various threads with links to shades available in the US, but is anyone aware of any fitted sunshades for the front windscreen that are available in the UK? Or Europe failing that.

Have a 3,500mi trip to the south of Spain coming up in the summer (with dogs) so keen to get something that fits perfectly. What I have at the moment from previous cars leaves too many gaps.

FWIW, I had a 535GT prior to the X5, and that windscreen shield (surprisingly) is an almost exact fit for the X5 G05.
