F30 Wiper Blades skipping and not going all the way up
My wiper blades recently started to skip and not go all the way up. Sometimes it even seems that they hit the cowel when they go back down. It almost seems that the arms got stuck one day (this past NY winter was brutal) and they got moved down a notch on the motors, but am confused as to why both arms would behave the same way if that was the case. Anybody else ever have these symptoms and find a fix?
