Any experience with Unit 17?

I had a great experience contacting them for info and placing an order.

I'm sure there is something odd going on.

I received my order from them a couple of weeks ago and it was pretty fast. I'm in the US and I think it only took like 3-4 days to get it.
I've been in touch with them via Facebook messenger. They'll usually reply within hours.

They answered me when I asked them about products but when I asked them the status of my order nothing. Two emails and nothing.

Yeah. It's hard to know whichethods work best for which retailer these days.

They also sent me a WhatsApp number, where I had a detailed conversation with them.

In all seriousness, when one of you guys send me pics of your car after installing one of our carbon parts, I start feeling giddy, it makes me feel like I am the one getting the carbon. I get excited for you ... that's more important to me personally than making money off of any order or sale. Remember that when I'm constantly bothering you guys wanting to see updates of your cars

I have the front lip and side fenders, I already have exterior carbon package so can't comment on diffuser but if I didn't I'd be buying the f1 style one from them right now I'm so happy with the quality and finish of the other stuff

My experience has been excellent working with her. I purchased front lip + fender breathers as it know as. Great service, responsive, and truly cares. She shipped my order out in the AM as she said she would, received it the next day.

Unit 17 front splitter issues; I had it installed by butler tire here in atlanta and they sort of warned me that this might happen.. I hope this is not to be expected.. both corners are have given up their adhesive I guess in a week… any help would be appreciated.

Don't think it's expected nor is it normal for someone to warn you about it unless they saw something from the start. Mine still sitting flush after a week.

I would just have the two pieces removed and apply new strong tape, then reinstall. Don't think this is the lip or Unit 17s fault per se. Sometimes the adhesive doesn't create a bond that's strong enough.

I've had my Unit17 lip on for over 2 months. Its still flush. Might be an issue with your install. Could always pull off the old adhesive and use something stronger.

I thought that too, but there isn't much there other than tape, and so I just got back from the shop and they applied a stronger 3m tape and it seems to have worked. Thanks for the tips everyone.
